These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HR Thoth platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You will not:
- Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Upload malware, scrape the platform, or disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or employment opportunities.
3. Candidate and Company Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, resumes, and applications. Companies are responsible for the accuracy of job listings, hiring decisions, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
4. AI Features and Outputs
HR Thoth may provide AI-powered recommendations, analytics, or content. These outputs are generated from the data you provide and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI outputs, including hiring, scheduling, and communication decisions.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and usage limits are described on the Service or in your subscription plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel.
